Yesterday the Baltimore Ravens (arguably somewhat less talented than the San Francisco 49ers) won the Super Bowl.  They did so because they performed better, they executed better. On paper the 49ers stacked up better….at least that’s what the oddsmakers thought.

And then the game was played.  Talent is overrated!
